Posts: 172	Wiper Motor Date Code 02/07/10 at 21:47:23 Hey Folks I'm not happy with my wiper motors looks and was going to send it to Jules but my date is 0629, not sure if this motor was born with my SPD 426 car 302870 vin and 1679 1K frame. Should I try to find a closer date or does this sound right. Thanks TimA

It's about 10 days earlier than the first A12 Road Runners made but I wouldn't sweat it unless you really want to narrow it down.

I was guessing 100-1609, Jules checked his stock and doesnt have anything in that range, he said they can be months in advance so maybe this is the one that came with the car. I have one more sorce to check before I send this motor north. Thats the problem with buying someone elses project, lots of mystery...... I have a 383 69 RR B3
that has never been apart and is 100% original that I am really looking forward to restoring at some point..... Almost impossible to find everything virgin in an A12 that I could afford!

Did yiou check with Bruce in California? Just as good as Jule swithout the extra cost of sending it into Canada,he has a big stock too.

Im not sure if the # is still good, Bruce Somer, Home 909-986-9551, cell 951-675-9551, he is in Ontario Ca, his work is equal to Jules.
